Processing Time

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders won't be processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

 

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. An estimate can also be generated on the cart page for your convenience.

 

Shipping Methods 

1) DHL Express Shipping – Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days. 

2) DHL Ecommerce (Global Mail) – Arrives in 2-4 Weeks (average)

Delivered by your local Post Office as Registered International Airmail. DHL Global Mail parcels are usually dispatched from Thailand to their destination countries within 2-4 days. Once the parcels are landed to destination country, they will pass through the customs check, then resume the delivery by the national postal service of the respective countries. For example, in the US, the delivery is handed by USPS, in the UK, it's Royal Mail, in Germany, it's Deutsche Post AG, and Other Countries to their local post delivery services.

However delivery time can sometimes take up to 4-6 weeks depending on your countries customs procedures.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If the customer has opted in to Messenger notifications and/or SMS notifications, you may receive notification on these channels. The tracking number may sometimes take 24-48 hours to activate.

 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lannaclothesdesign.com is not responsible for any local customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
